Hormone Health & Cycle Tracking

FEMM (Fertility Education & Medical Management) is a comprehensive health program that teaches women to understand and track their hormones and menstrual cycles to gain deeper insight into their overall wellness.

Personalized Hormonal Health

Your Reproductive Health

Your menstrual cycle serves as a vital sign of your health, and symptoms like irregular cycles, painful periods, or mood changes often point to underlying hormonal imbalances. FEMM integrates medical research with practical charting tools to help you identify these unique hormonal patterns and potential health concerns early. At Dakota Hope Clinic, a certified FEMM instructor provides free one-on-one coaching to guide you through tracking your cycle and interpreting your charts. This personalized support is available for teens learning about their bodies, individuals pursuing natural family planning, and anyone wanting deeper insight into their hormonal health. Sessions are offered both in-person and virtually at our locations in Minot, Bottineau, and Tioga to ensure you receive care in a way that works best for your schedule.

Your Questions Answered

Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that you may have many questions during this time. At Dakota Hope Clinic, we are committed to providing you with clear, honest answers in a safe and supportive environment. If your question isn't listed below, please feel free to reach out to us.

How much do your services cost?

All of our core services—including lab-quality pregnancy testing, limited OB ultrasounds, and options consultations—are provided at no cost to you. We are a non-profit community resource supported by local donors, which means you never have to worry about insurance or payment.

Do I need an appointment, and is it confidential?

While we encourage you to schedule an appointment to ensure a staff member is available, we do our best to accommodate requests. Most importantly, your privacy is our priority. All services are 100% confidential, and your information will not be shared with anyone without your explicit consent.

What should I bring to my first visit?

You only need to bring a photo ID. You do not need to bring proof of insurance or any form of payment. If you are coming for a pregnancy test, try to drink plenty of water before you arrive.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes. We understand that having a support system is important. You are welcome to bring a friend, partner, or family member with you. We also offer specific support and resources for men who are navigating an unplanned pregnancy alongside their partner.

Do you provide or refer for abortions?

Dakota Hope Clinic provides accurate, evidence-based information on all your options, including abortion, adoption, and parenting. However, we do not perform or refer for abortions. Our goal is to provide you with the medical confirmation and education you need to make an informed decision for your future.
